🌿Welcome to June – Move Without Limits This Summer!

This month its our Summer Wellness Challange

Here’s something worth knowing: most people trying to “fix” how they feel are guessing. 🎲 More stretching. Another foam roller. A new pillow. Resting it. Sometimes that helps — but often it’s the right effort aimed at the wrong target.

The challenge is built the opposite way:

✅ We MEASURE — your spine, posture, and range of motion, so there’s no guessing. ✅ We EXPLAIN — what we find and what it actually means for you. ✅ We PLAN — simple daily habits matched to your body, not a generic checklist. ✅ We TRACK — real progress you can see, not just “how do you feel today?”

Research is clear that staying active and getting proper hands-on care helps people move better and hurt less. 💪 But it works best when it’s the right care, in the right order — and that starts with a proper look

He attained a B.Sc. degree in Biology at the University of Victoria, before heading to California to pursue his Doctorate of Chiropractic. As a part of his education, he traveled to various placements located in both the United States and Canada to further immerse himself in anatomy, physiology, and holistic health, laying the foundation for his future practice.

Throughout his 8 years of education, Dr. Presgrave worked as a lifeguard and remained committed to continuously learning and expanding his knowledge. He is trained in several chiropractic techniques and also uses various therapies to deliver individualized care plans that best suit patients needs.

After his education and licenses were all completed Dr. Presgrave decided to return to the “always sunny” coast of British Columbia to start his career. His goal is to help patients understand how their body functions. This gives patients the ability to learn targeted stretches that work best for their particular complaints while receiving a treatment strategy consisting of chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue therapy.

Melanie’s path to health and wellness began in 2016 when she embarked on a spiritual journey that ultimately transformed her life. After becoming a Reiki Master and Soul Coach, she felt a deeper calling to assist others on their wellness journey.

Before pursuing a career as an RMT, Melanie was a stay-at-home mom to her two wonderful boys. Throughout her studies and experiences, Melanie discovered her neurodivergence and that of her family, which deepened her understanding of the connection between body, mind, and spirit. This allows her to offer compassion, create a safe space and meet each patient where they are.

As a practitioner, Melanie is dedicated to helping individuals overcome stagnancies in their bodies and minds. During her massage sessions, she uses myofascial techniques, trigger point release, neuro-muscular stretches, and deep tissue work, all while fostering a relaxed atmosphere to promote muscle recovery and general well-being.

When she’s not at work or studying, Melanie enjoys outdoor adventures with her family, including playing co-ed softball, camping, and exploring nature. She also shares her passion for the outdoors by teaching archery for the BC Wildlife Federation.

Whether you are seeking relief from physical discomfort or looking to enhance your overall wellness, Melanie is here to guide you on your journey to health and harmony.
